ETH swept liquidity above ~$3,250 and is trying to hold.
My bias stays slightly bearish. Weekly and monthly opens are weak, and the ~$2,970 lows look fragile. Wouldn’t be surprised if they get taken before any real fueled pump.
Short setups I’m watching:
– Sweep the ~$3,220 local high, then a bearish structure break → short the retest, target ~$2,970.
– If the high is already in and we lose ~$3,117 support → short the retest again, same target.
Only long I like is higher risk: a reclaim of ~$3,250. If that happens, a quick scalp-long toward ~$3,440 makes sense.
Bearish bias is invalidated if we take and hold ~$3,440. That level decides it: shorts on failure, longs on clean reclaim.
First trading week of 2026. Let’s see how it plays out.
