Hi everyone,
I've just started going to the gym for 2 months and want to improve my diet to better support my workouts. Currently, I eat sweet potatoes, boiled eggs, chicken breast, and vegetables for breakfast and dinner. For lunch, I have a small bowl of rice with my colleagues at work.
I have a few questions that I hope you can help with:
Does my current diet need any adjustments?
Are there any other foods I should add to ensure I get enough nutrients for my workouts?
Do I need to supplement with additional protein or any functional foods?
I can work out 6 days a week, with a 1-hour session in the morning and a 30-minute session in the afternoon.
I really appreciate any advice you can share!
