I’ve noticed this in the nicer gardens in Cambridge. They plan for the seasons and always have something in bloom. I use the Photographer’s Ephemeris to plan for location shoots and it doubles up as a garden light tracker. Worth a couple dollars if you like nerding over sun and moon cycles
