Thanks, always good to refresh the old noggin with plant names!!😎🤙 (I went to school for landscape architecture and learned a lot of plant names, including their Latin names, but it’s been about 20 years & I haven’t been working in landscaping for a while… so start to get a little rusty)😅

It’s always really a great idea to closely monitor the garden area for a full cycle of seasons while working in the design!!💪 (that way, you’re taking into account rainfall the different amounts of sun you get during different seasons, etc.) I’m not sure where you are on the globe, but you can also do a little investigating into your climate and growing zone!!🤔 (Also use a compass, or apps like google maps, to determine how much sunlight you would get approximately, depending on the trees, the location of the house, etc)😉
