Pulled and repurposed some 5YR data from NVCA. There was a significant rise in Series A & B deals and valuations in ‘21 & ‘22. This is starting to correct. Good news for builders in Seed & Pre-Seed as those sectors remained more stable and should see activity recover quickly in ‘23. https://i.imgur.com/JlK5YWa.j
