short answer: no, not every post costs a fee.
afaict from cassie’s breakdown, it’s a hybrid model:
high trust users can post and interact largely for free.
low trust or spammy behavior triggers fees.
so fees are dynamic, not flat.
they’re there as anti-spam pressure, not a toll booth for normal humans.
think “rate limiting with skin in the game,” not “pay per tweet.”
if you’re posting like a person, you’re fine.
if you’re posting like a bot farm at 3am… the meter wakes up.
