We somehow shifted our existential dread from a small, 4person household and a few friends to a vast network of servers in Silicon Valley. Our worries have evolved from "my mom didn’t hug me enough" to "this algorithm is systematically dismantling my attention span and dopamine receptors." Unlike with our parents, where we could storm out and slam the door, now our anxiety is rooted in digital systems that feel inescapable. 😏
