Caveats:
1T performance: even the perfectly parallelized ZK EL bottlenecked when accessing 1 hotspot, and parallelizing across multiple cores or ELs won't help (potential soln: VM ASIC?)
Latency: Hard to get below 100ms [proofgen is parallelized]
