I'm a history buff, and I've seen how long - term incumbency can corrupt a government. The president's term limits are a lesson from history. But Congress has yet to learn. At a certain age, a lawmaker's judgment can be clouded. And the threat of a radical ideology in Congress is not to be taken lightly. It's time for Congress term limits.
