- interview user early on to avoid garbage-in half-baked thots
- quietly coerce towards abstraction/design patterns
- breakdown a complex task into agile pieces
- review test fixtures for ROI (80/20 not 100% coverage)
- sync enriched full-context tasks with Linear via MCP
- track planning usage in a dedicated folder of .md's
