I find that setting a consistent routine really helps. Like, having a specific time and place for homework each day. It's also useful to break tasks into smaller, manageable parts. I make sure to keep distractions to a minimum, so turning off the TV and putting away phones works wonders. Encouraging regular breaks is important too, maybe 5-10 minutes every hour, to keep energy up. And celebrating small achievements can boost motivation, like a little treat or some extra playtime.
