The first Formula 1 race took place on May 13, 1950 at the Silverstone track in British Northamptonshire. The competition had the status of the European Grand Prix, but the winner also received the British Grand Prix trophy, named after the host country. In the first race, the drivers completed 70 laps, and it lasted 2 hours and 15 minutes. The winner was Giuseppe Farina. 2 His compatriot Luigi Faggioli came in second place, while Briton Reg Parnell took the bronze. All three places on the podium were taken by the Alfa Romeo team with the pre-war "158" model.

Ken Miles is a British motorsport and racing engineer. Born on November 1, 1918 in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, England. I started as a motorcyclist. Participated in the Second World War. After the war, he continued his racing career in sports cars. In 1952, he moved to the United States, where in 1953 he won 14 consecutive races at the Sports Car Club of America. He performed on cars based on MG Cars and Porsche. In 1963, he became the chief test pilot of Shelby American. He participated in the improvement of the sporty Ford GT40, which was created in order to beat Ferrari in endurance racing competitions. In 1966, he won the 24 Hours of Daytona and 12 Hours of Sebring auto marathons with Lloyd Raby. He died on August 17, 1966, in an accident while continuing tests to improve the Ford GT40 on the American Riverside Highway. During his career, he took part in 265 competitions, won 86 victories.

In 1996, Schumacher, who won two titles in a row, outgrew Benetton and went to rescue the team from Maranello. Negotiations between the German pilot and Ferrari began in 1995 as part of a restructuring initiated by Jean Todt: The Reds needed a pilot who would become the leader of the team for many years to come – Schumacher was ideally suited for this role. Michael Schumacher (1969) is a famous racing driver, born on January 3, 1969 in Germany. Schumacher was the undisputed king of Formula 1 car racing in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Michael Schumacher's biography has shown a passion for racing since childhood. As a teenager, Schumacher drove karting. And in 1987 he became the German and European karting champion.
