might see some drivers pit lap 1 for clean air and hope for no safety cars think there will be strategy blunders which will inevitably mean we wont see the traditional top 6 finishing where they normally would. it is good they are changing something, unsure whether its going to change alot or not though

I share similar thoughts to you, our product lies in-between meme culture and seriously powerful tech, so I feel as if we are kind of the middle between having someone purely to curate 'vibes' and someone that needs to drive adoption for a product by outlining why we are simply better than existing solutions

From my experience, scaling of the team should only be considered when the product is either very close or in some cases even live. Only then should the focus switch from innovation, to growth. Even at that innovation may still be at the forefront so scaling is always tricky. When to scale? How to scale? Why am I scaling? All questions that people skip over because they want to accelerate xyz process and unfortunately in many minds that must be done via onboarding personnel. When in reality this can have net negative effect.

honestly not sure if it’ll make a huge difference, probably will result in strategy chaos which has made recent races better. will also probably also allow drivers to use their tyres more. let’s see what happens, the fact they are introducing this means they know something needs to happen to make Monaco interesting
