A quick reminder not to trust everything you see, even if someone says it's on-chain data – it isn't always accurate. While checking Polymarket users' PnLs on Dune, I noticed major differences between Dune results and Polymarket profiles for some users. It turns out even the most popular PL dashboard uses incorrect query for PnL calculation (even though it's made by person who seem to work at Dune). Data on Dune can be wrong for reasons like: * incorrect/incomplete queries, or misinterpreted data (as in the Polymarket case) * data issues from external syncs or pipeline errors Sharing this because I often see posts with dashboard screenshots implying, 'It's on-chain data, so it's true.' But when too many humans and systems are in the loop, a lot can go wrong.
