A lot of people say there's a need for more research tools for tokens. But in crypto reality, the biggest trades and profits often happen in complete uncertainty.
Take $MOVIE as an example – launched about 1h ago. I got a trending alert from @reachbot, but there was literally zero info on what it was. The project only posted about the token ~45 min after the launch, when the market cap had already skyrocketed and early buyers had made a few Xs. The whole speculation was just: is this even legit token or not?
Same thing happens with Zora coins – the best trade window is when no one knows yet if it’s a real creator coin, just speculating that it will be confirmed on the creator's socials sometime in the future.
With a lot of tokens, by the time you have full research and any uncertainty is gone, it's often too late to buy (or you have to wait for the big price drops and hodl, which is another game)
