most "allowlists" are just a sign-up form and a python script. a real protocol means verifying every detail on-chain before you even get a database entry. lock transaction success. sender match. contract address. calldata. max duration. event parsing. uniqueness. 1-per-wallet. then you record it. if it's not verifiable, it's not decentralized.
