I lost out on a role with a growing uhnw advising firm. Thought I could stick it out with big firm but the inability for the office to move outside of the industry norms of decades ago is too strong and so unappealing. I still believe the industry needs a change and catch up with web3 as part of conversations, not just asset collection but beyond that. Who is doing the best work in either of those? Financial services meets web3.

Somehow need a rethink of the system because there are barriers for every stakeholder (patient, Dr, staff, payors, vendors, specialists, etc). Costs to move through system fluidly far outpace reason.
