Good morning 🌞 🌞 We have a limited amount of "emotional energy" during the day, which we call "emotional bandwidth", and this means that if your loved one doesn't send you a single message during the day, it means that they preferred to spend that energy on "other relationships" or their own work, not you! So the problem is never "lack of time", it's "lack of importance".
