It seems that the team behind mev-commit, @primev_xyz, is developing this project
The idea builds on FAST RPC, but this time as a full protocol backed by some big names like @a16zcrypto, @bodhi_ventures, @LongHashVC, @HashKeyGroup, @figmentcapital, and @ZeePrimeCap
