Since we’re doing confessions, I’d also like to share that for a while I wasn’t feeling comfortable with my weight. About a year ago I started working out and eating well again. At the beginning I weighed 93.3 kg, and today I’m at 72 kg. It definitely hasn’t been an easy road, but it’s been very rewarding and I’d recommend it to anyone. I feel way more agile, faster, healthier, and most importantly happier. I’m really glad I brought sports and a healthy lifestyle back into my life. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. 💪
