Every time I read about France’s economy, I can’t help but feel like there’s this deep divide between the more industrial regions and the high-tech ones. Paris, for example, is a global tech hub, but the countryside doesn’t seem to be benefiting from this digital revolution. How can the French government bridge that gap?
