Michael Saylor’s Strategy says it will sell all Bitcoin if MSTR shares fall below mNAV On November 30, Strategy CEO Fong Lee publicly outlined for the first time the conditions under which the company might sell part or all of its Bitcoin reserve. If the mNAV (multiple to net asset value) drops below 1 and the company is unable to raise new capital, a sale could be triggered. If it falls below 0.9x (Bitcoin under $80K), a full sale scenario may be enacted. Strategy currently holds approximately 650,000 BTC, equivalent to over $58 billion. CEO Fong Lee emphasized that this is not a long-term strategy shift, but a financial decision to protect shareholders in case of a crisis. In November, the company launched a BTC Credit dashboard to increase transparency regarding its debt and liquidity.
