I jumped in the ocean today - here's proof! The temps were just barely above freezing in the water - first winter in my lifetime the Boston Harbor has frozen - but the air was above 50ºF/10ºC. Last year it was significantly below freezing outside when I did this, I think I got sick just drying off! But it felt toasty out after getting out of that water today! Please laugh at the faces I make after going all the way under
