Only advice I have as I turn 31 - the earlier you start yoga, the better. It's truly one of those "if it's worth doing, it's worth doing badly" type deals. Even from 5 minutes a day - the differences in posture, composure, attitude are noticeable. The best thing about it - there is an entry-point for everyone.
