I suspected hyperdrive sound was AI - but it did the job I was using it for - writing an essay series - it fit perfectly in the background. Interestingly- I haven’t gone back to listen to it since. But yeah - I’m ok with it.

gonna optimistically go with the former. And sure there are plenty of examples of pauper geniuses - I suspect they are outliers. If one's art truly is great - then at least today - it's likely to be found. (Of course this does depend on how is judging "great" - if it is a future audience then you're shit out of luck ;-p)

we were both early twitter users - Farcaster feels much more like the early days of Twitter than Bluesky - maybe that's why I'm happier here - smaller - much higher signal to noise -

Yeah - that's really cool. Comes from the Jam band space but feels much more organically integrated. I'm thinking what would this feel like in a more regular 3:30 minute rock / pop song

Was chatting with @deshsax.eth about cultural blending and fusion in music - the idea of blending in more eastern tones and scales into western vibes - but doing so in a really cool - accessible & not in your face way. Got me listening to some old lists.
