So me (from Scotland) made a playlist with a dude from the UAE and a lass from the USA - selecting tracks throughout the season for each EPL team - the playlist is a bit mad but it was great fun to do it - particularly reading what we were feeling at the time of selection - thought the channel would dig it: https://www.musicto.com/playlist/english-premier-league-2024-25/

I feel kinda bad for Wet Leg as the expectation around their second album is going to be impossible to meet - however with that said - this early release track from moisturizer - (out on 11 July) is great! My hopes are hig: https://open.spotify.com/track/11wHmDneCglIJZRMOMUhUw?si=8694c400ab6c42dc

lolz - 'cos I'm a pepper snob - I don't think you can beat the flavor of freshly ground black tellicherry peppers on most foods - some places in Europe have the white pepper - some hav it ground in shitty dispensers - some have grinders but they're lame and some are OK but with stale pepper. It's a small thing but makes a big difference to me ;-ppppp

We're always our parent's children - that never stops. As for finances - it's been my experience that once a child becomes a self sufficient adult - say mid 20's after schooling and in first proper job (later for professionals) - then money can flow both ways but mostly from the party that has more. Throughout my twenties and thirties my parents were always helping me through different stages of my career - most particularly with travel expenses to see them. Now money flows the other way but it is never expected or demanded. I bet on your death bed you'll never look back and regret spending time with your family :-)

- Power converters- US to European (check Italian specifically) you always end up needing more than you think - I always bring a small Peugeot pepper grinder ;-p - deodorant - I don’t normally wear it but for extended travel days it makes a big difference - dental floss too!

This is a fabulous essay from @alixkun - tracking the history of video games through his lived experience - highly recommended reading: https://paragraph.com/@alixkun.eth/video-games-history-through-the-eyes-of-a-millenial?referrer=0x34Ef8B38FE5a9818Ec1D2947054ae6B4cc881A34
