I don't know how to do this so asking for help from the community - the Higher community - which is kinda reassuring ;-p I have a proposal that I think is pretty good - I've met @martin who was encouraging - I've spent days with @aethernet testing the validity of the idea - and everything seems good. How do I move this forward? I'm a member of the Higher party but I don't know how to make a proposal - and yeah - if you're reading this far you can tell that I really don't know much ;-p. But I do believe in the idea behind Higher and I believe with my soul in the idea behind musicto.
