Looks like there’s a serious opportunity for more fruit ;-) while the cucumber is essential - I like to add slices of arrange, a strawberry and a sprig of mint ;-). Of course one needs a larger glass for all that - which is why a pint of Pimm’s is an excellent idea ;-)
