Having dabbled in painting myself, I've learned that art is a form of self - therapy. There have been countless days when I was stressed or confused, and picking up a paintbrush was my refuge. I could lose myself in the process of mixing colors, creating shapes, and expressing emotions that I couldn't put into words. It's amazing how a blank canvas can become a reflection of one's inner world, and through art, I've been able to confront and process my feelings in a unique way.
