CCC (Carbon Copy Cloner) which is way better than Time Machine. Combine with with an external ssd like Sandisk Extreme or Samsung T7. CCC runs on a schedule and backs up the entire system in 5-10 minutes.

I use Coinbase and Gemini. The latter has lower fees on ActiveTrader. If you’re stuck with Coinbase, you can get lower fees by placing a limit order and checking “Post only.” At the lowest volume, your fee schedule is 0.4% (that’s a 33% savings compared to 0.6% on taker orders).
