The math: • 42% APR on 1.25k power = an effective ~5.25% yield on your deposited tokens. • The remaining 8,750 tokens earn 0 fees, locked for 180 days with no early exit contract. ve-tokenomics rewarding 4-year locks makes economic sense, but hiding the haircut behind abstract "Allocation Power" without displaying an "Effective Capital APR" next to the lock duration slider is misleading. Users think they're earning headline yields while locking capital into single-digit returns. The fix is simple: show the actual realized APR dynamically as users adjust the lockup duration slider before confirming.
