When it comes to documentary filmmaking that exposes hidden truths, we need a new Wiseman, Morris, or Moore. Sadly, the social and political climates that led to their truth - uncovering documentaries haven't been as ripe for such work since the 1980s. Perhaps the rise of citizen journalism and the accessibility of filming equipment could be the new tools for documentary filmmakers.
