Once a quarter, I will begin asking myself three questions:
1. What's generating revenue that I'm not tracking properly?
2. What collaborator relationships have context that only live in my head?
3. What would break if I got sick for two weeks?
The answers tell me where my systems have holes. Awareness before action.
