This take misses what InfoFi really brings to the table. It’s not there to replace organic community growth, it’s there to amplify discovery and give early projects a fighting chance to be seen. You can build the most amazing product, but if nobody hears about it, it’s dead on arrival. InfoFi bridges that gap by rewarding signal and participation. And honestly, the irony here is wild cos this take is coming from someone who literally made it on CT through Pacmoon, the project that kickstarted the whole InfoFi meta. That alone proves the model works. You can’t clown a system that helped define your rise. And @solsticefi is a perfect example that have proved that InfoFi works by launching on Xeet. They've reached close to 300M TVL since their launch. If anything, InfoFi exposed a new layer of Web3, one where attention equal capital, and community equal distribution. Ignoring that is like building a rocket and refusing to launch it.
Despite all the frustration lately, I still believe the next wave of launches can get it right. Web3 isn’t short of innovation, it’s short of execution that respects users. Fair airdrops, transparent tokenomics, and clean launches aren’t too much to ask. Projects like OpenMind and Rainbow have a real chance to reset the standard. If they deliver well, it won’t just reward users, it’ll restore confidence in the whole ecosystem. Every cycle needs a few projects that remind people why we believed in Web3 in the first place.
I think we got three main events we are expecting this week. • Wallchain NFT mint tomorrow • ALLO TGE tomorrow • Wyck's memecoin alpha for monad mainnet dropping today Which one are you most excited about?
CT never fails to amaze me. Someone grinds their way up through airdrops, and the moment they make it, they start shading airdrop hunters. Another one yaps their way to relevance, then turns around to mock yappers. Funny how quick people forget the same hustle that got them here.
