Ethereum Treasury Firm Files for $2.24 Billion Initial Public Offering on Nasdaq The Ether Machine, one of the largest Ethereum treasury firms, has confidentially filed its Form S-4 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and plans to list on the Nasdaq through a merger with Dynamix Corporation.
