Alts still haven't caught up yet with the ETH rally.
$ETH is up 200%+ from its bottom, while Altcoin MCap (excluding ETH) is up only 50%.
Just like BTC new ATH is a signal of crypto bull run, ETH new ATH is a sign of Altseason.
