Who hasn't tried the glutinous butter - fried rice cakes yet? 😋 I wanted to use up the butter at home 🧈, and then I came across this recipe for butter - fried rice cakes. A few days ago, I made some using paper cups, and they were amazing. Now that my chestnut - shaped mold has arrived, and since it's my day off, I made them again. The ones made with the mold look so beautiful. They have a crispy outer layer, and when you bite in, it's glutinous rice cake inside. The buttery aroma is a huge plus 🆙🆙.
