I mean the government dont like tourists not the people, there are many tourist who came to algeria and liked it better than morroco, people are nicer, there are no scamers since the scaming culture somewhat don't exist for tourists. They call it "the hidden gem". But yea the governemnt don't like tourist whatsoever I dunno why.
