Process
1. User requests new AI agent.
2. Plugin fetches eligible NFTs via internal API (mock JSON for this bounty).
3. If user lacks eligible NFTs, return a link to request a specific NFT collection.
4. User chooses an NFT from the returned list.
5. Plugin asks for a name.
6. Plugin returns a JSON object with chain, contract, tokenId, and name. (Agent creation itself is outside this bounty.)
