Any /recommendations on US-based business and/or tax & accounting advisory shops for solopreneurs? I'm looking for a someone who: •is expert in tax & accounting, both crypto and non-crypto •can handle all tax filings, both business and personal •can advise on legal entity options & entity formation (e.g. would be familiar with Wyoming DAO LLC) •is well-versed in IRS provisions (e.g. 1031 exemption) •I can build a long-term relationship with as I grow my business
