Effective scoring applies decay functions (older actions count less), normalizes by monetary value, and penalizes low-effort repetition. Combining frequency with diversity and recency yields the best predictor: a wallet that repeatedly provides liquidity, votes, and uses multiple protocol features typically outperforms a high-tx but low-value farm in allocations.
