(lol did not know astronomer was a data ops company but still same same dif) idk there's a lot of shitty men who've done shitty things like having affairs, being accused of DV, and loads of other stuff who are still CEOs or in positions of power women are always held to much higher standards and punished far more severely than men for the same (or even less severe) actions i'm just annoyed that people know absolutely nothing concrete about a situation and are like "fiRe HeR sHe WAs iN On iT!!1!!11"

was talking about the woman here - not the CEO unless you meant executive/c-suite contracts also still doesn’t help that each gender is held up to very different standards of "decency" - wouldn’t have an issue with calling for people to get fired for morals/ethics if everyone was held to the same standards. they’re calling for the director of people to be fired because she supposedly knew about it? idk…
