Binance Labs' venture arm has invested an undisclosed amount in the mini-app and future exchange Blum.
The investment took place as part of the seventh season of BNB Chain's Most Valuable Builder (MVB) program in late August. According to the company, before the announcement, the Blum team had to "resolve some legal and administrative issues," which delayed the disclosure of information.
"Binance Labs' support will accelerate the development of Blum's trading infrastructure and allow us to scale to new markets," commented Gleb Kostarev, CEO and founder of the project.
In the current season, the MVB program received more than 700 applications, of which less than 2% were accepted. Among other winners are Aggregata, Opinion Labs, SideKick, and Vooi.
