Circle plans to offer 24 million shares of its Class A common stock at between $24 and $26, according to an updated SEC filing.
The estimate targets around $600 million from the IPO at a $5.4 billion valuation, with 9.6 million shares offered by Circle and 14.4 million by existing stockholders.
