wanted to build my own openclaw-like assistant, but the most minimal version possible, and got it down to less than 50 lines of code. uses Upstash box sdk for Claude Code, Codex, or OpenCode in a cloud vm + telegram bot + heartbeat for proactive/background tasks. and costs nothing currently other than the llm tokens! https://github.com/moesalih/emm-nextjs
