how do you identify forced selling? The term can be defined in multiple ways, fundamentally or non. It refers to first and foremost when people hold something they long term value, but get irrationally tailspun and confused into believing it's worthless, but the product itself has not changed. It refers secondarily to liquidations in a market with enough interested counter-parties to buy said liquidations. A market that categorically eats panic, and does not yield to it. Can be inverted for the state of the market (bull or bear)
