There are dogs that go to war and they sniff and find bombs, and to teach them how to do that, they are rewarded with dog treats.
Now imagine how important those dog treats must be to those dogs. But then those dogs have to return home from war just to find out that other dogs get those same treats for no reason.
If you were that dog you would be extremely pissed that everyone gets the exact same thing you go to war for.
This ain't about dogs.
