Every time I spot a lawsuit pop up online, I'm grateful the 9th Assembly didn't approve the social media regulation bill. Here's why: 1) People tend to hold each other accountable instead of blaming the bill, and 2) It's a busy season for lawyers, which is great for our budding legal minds!

May be a controversial opinion but if the Democratic Party has any hope of returning to relevance they need to put identity politics aside and focus on building solidarity for opposition to oligarchy that unites Americans of different backgrounds. I do not trust a handful of very rich people with avowed Social Darwinist views to act in the collective self-interest. But there is no meaningful opposition party presently visible and the Democrats seem as rudderless as the Republicans seem committed.
