you can disagree on strategy and implementation, but if you are rooting for the failure of this broad initiative, I cannot think of a credible reason to respect your opinion whatsoever
china is more autocratic than the west by orders of magnitude and their dominion over the world order will result in fewer personal liberties and economic resources for you and the people you care about
