if youre greek you can stop reading here about to get real about feta you want the BEST feta? then get Bulgarian feta. i don’t know what they do in that country to make this so good, but my goodness UNESCO needs to drop everything they’re doing rn and preserve this cultural necessity. i won’t talk about other fetas in public, but Bulgarian is the only feta you need
