spent all day making a website for the family company. turns out what was there prior had broken links and a defunct email address. it was just a giant heaping pile of elephant shit showed my brother (love him but he hates me) & within a single minute he tried to pull me into an argument about the use of “family precision.” “it doesn’t make sense” says the guy that also said “i don’t know how to print from my computer” & “can you show me how to do percentages, i don’t know how to do it on this calculator” i didn’t take the bait tho. Let him feel like he had input, & turns out the change is way better. so there, team work makes the dream work. today i also reduced a shop-admin procedure from 2.5 - 3 hrs a day to 5 min. with no explanation. just as the procedure started i simply provided the answers so i dont have to do all the nonsense leg work. this is a game changer btw ha love it and that’s how im going to take this company over and lead it into the future. using my experience, what my pops taught me, & pairing it with tech, it doesn’t matter if he understands it or not. he has the answers he needs to move on and let me get to work. my issue before therapy was not knowing how to regulate my emotions of love, care, desire to succeed and support, my love for the team effort. now i feel like im calable, or dare i say, powerful! 💪 looking forward. ps im building onchain in the background too 😏
